American updates the Premium Cabin menu on flights between the U.S. and Europe
American has added some new items to the Premium Cabin menu they offer on flights between the U.S. and Europe. This isn’t their entire selection, just some seasonal updates for Summer 2013.
Here’s a reminder: if you’re planning to travel to Europe this Summer, don’t forget that now you can go online and select your meal before your flight.
Anyway, here’s a look at some of the new meals.
New Breakfast Items
Three Cheese Omelette with Steak and Eggs
Cinnamon Apple Stuffed French Toast with Scrambled Egg
Cheese Omelette, Potato Boat, Blue Crab Sauce, and Oven Roasted Tomatoes
New Brunch Items
Ham and Swiss Crepes with Red Pepper Sauce, Asparagus, New Mexico Sausage
Teriyaki Chicken Cold Plate with Thai Vegetable Salad
New Entrées
Beef with Tomato Chili Sauce, Roasted Onions, Broccoli Gratin
Chicken with White Chocolate Balsamic Sauce, Asparagus, Pumpkin Cranberry Rissole
Shrimp with Veracruz Sauce, Cream Rice, Pepper Medley
Orecchiette with Peppers, Onions, and Plum Tomato Sauce
