The college football season starts in just two weeks.  And while the BCS National Championship is still a few months away, it’s never too early to start making plans to attend what I’m sure will be Oklahoma’s final win of the season.  So, this new sweepstakes from American Way Magazine has arrived just in time:

Enter To Win A Miami Getaway For The 2013 Discover BCS National Championship Game

Hey, football fans … want to get away to Miami for the most exciting game of the 2013 college football season?

One lucky fan will win a trip for two to the 2013 Discover BCS National Championship Game at Sun Life Stadium in South Florida on Jan. 7, 2013.

The prize includes: 50,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles, two tickets to the big game, two tickets to the Game Day Fan Zone, one parking pass, and luxury hotel accommodations for three nights at the J.W. Marriott Hotel Miami, ideally located in the heart of Miami’s upscale Brickell district.

It’s super easy to enter (insert Texas A&M joke here), all you have to do is visit the American Way Magazine sweepstakes page and provide your name and contact info.  The deadline to submit your entry is Sept. 14, 2012 at 11:59 pm CDT.  Go here for complete details.

Good luck!

  1. Oklahoma??? I guess I need to remind you of the USC smackdown in the Orange Bowl a couple of years ago.

I’ll be seeing the Trojans winning that final game 🙂

  2. @ Curtis +1,

@ Mikey – Oddly enough, the terms and conditions don’t mention the taxes. But even if you have to pay taxes, it’s could still be a good deal for college football fans. Tickets to the game can be hard to come by, especially at face value. Besides, OU will be playing, so cost shouldn’t matter! 🙂

    Thanks for commenting (and reading)!

  3. @ Calvin @ Grant – Sorry, but let’s try to keep the conversation focused on AA miles and not talk about the OU vs USC, Boise State, West Virgina, or LSU games. Thanks! 😉

@ Bob S. – Good question. I looked at the terms and conditions and there’s no mention of a limit to the number of times you can enter. My guess is that it was an oversight, but since it’s not in the rules, then you can probably enter as many times as you wish.
