I admit that this Last Minute Guide is a little last minute, but if you’re still looking for some Father’s Day gift ideas, here’s a list of some of the really good current offers available on AAdvantage eShopping to help you find the right gift and earn some extra AAdvantage Miles.  Some of the retailers are even offering free shipping just in time for Sunday.

To earn the miles, you’ll need to have an account at the AAdvantage eShopping Mall and shop online from their site.

If you’re not already a member, just sign up (unfortunately, there aren’t any current bonus offers for signing up), register a credit card, and then navigate to these retailers using the link from the AAdvantage eShopping Mall to the retailer’s site.  It’s easiest to find the retailer buy just typing their name in the search field.

The best offer I came across was from Eddie Bauer with their Deals for Dad promotion. Get 20% off your entire order and earn up to 12 AAdvantage Miles per dollar (details below).

Here are some other ideas.

Thinking about giving Dad a bottle of cologne? Bloomingdales offers the fewest miles, but they have the larger selection.

Purfumania: 7 miles per dollar
Fragrancenet: 5 miles per dollar
Bloomingdales: 4 miles per dollar

Outdoor items:

How about a Hammock? The ESPN store is selling one for $99 and you’ll earn 4 miles per dollar.

Eddie Bauer Deals for Dad 20% off your entire order and 6 AAdvantage Miles per dollar. Sign up for their frequent shopper program through the 15th and earn Double AAdvantage Miles with your purchase.

Here are some other retailers offering decent mileage on outdoor sporting goods:

Backcountry.com: 6 miles per dollar
Eddie Bauer: 6 Miles per Dollar
The North Face: 5 miles per dollar
Campmore: 5 miles per dollar
REI: 3 miles per dollar
West Marine: 3 miles per dollar
Boaters World: 3 miles per dollar
Bass Pro: 3 miles per dollar

Would Dad rather spend his time outdoors shooting par and hiking the back nine?

Callaway Golf: 5 miles per dollar
The Golf Warehouse: 4 miles per dollar

Some other good offers on sporting goods:

Sunglass Hut: 6 miles per dollar
Foot Locker: 5 miles per dollar
Lids: 5 miles per dollar
Nike Store: 5 miles per dollar

If Dad is a baseball fan, how about a subscription to MLB.TV so he can watch all out-of-market MLB regular season games live and on demand in HD quality. It even works on mobile devices, so next time he’s stuck at the mall, he won’t miss a game. You’ll earn 4 miles per dollars.

Or if he’s a fan of some other team or sport:

NFL Shop: 4 miles per dollar
MLB.com: 4 miles per dollar
NBA Store: 3 miles per dollar
NASCAR Superstore: 3 miles per dollar

If Dad is a gadget guy, there are lots of familiar retailers like Best Buy, Apple, New Egg, Sony, and HP that will earn you as much as 3 miles per dollar, but no really great offers otherwise.

If you’re looking for something practical, think about these offers:

Sears: 5 miles per dollar
J.C. Penney: 3 miles per dollar
Target: 3 miles per dollar

Or you could always just keep it simple and give him a gift basket or gift certificate:

1-800-BASKETS.com: 5 miles per dollar
GiftCertificates.com: 3 miles per dollar

Hope you’re Dad has a great Father’s Day.
