Unfortunately, The Mavericks lost last night, and while the Miami Heat won by 8 points, the big winner in the championship is American Airlines which has naming rights to both the arena in Dallas and the arena in Miami. On a local 10 PM Dallas newscast last night, WFAA reporter Jason Whitely quoted an estimate of each broadcast of a game being worth about $10 million in equivalent advertising value to American.
