Celebrated Living, the American Airlines luxury magazine found in the seatback pocket in First and Business class, is conducting their annual “Readers’ Choice Platinum List” survey. The Readers’ Choice issue comes out in the summer and from now through February 14, 2011, when can cast your vote for your favorite luxury hotels, resorts, and spas you’ll be entered in the Celebrated Living Readers’ Choice Platinum List Survey Sweepstakes.
We are anxious to find out which hotels, spas, golf courses, and cruises YOU recommend. We’ll tally the votes and reveal the winners in the CL Summer 2011 issue.
In the meantime, when you cast your votes for your favorites, you’ll automatically be entered into a sweepstakes to win the Grand Prize of a pair of his and hers TAG Heuer Aquaracer watches, compliments of luxury jewelers Little Switzerland and Jewels, PLUS 500,000 AAdvantage miles!
Five other lucky winners will each receive 100,000 AAdvantage miles.
The deadline to vote/enter is February 14, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Why does this survey require so much personal information? Address? DOB?
I think that American Airlines Publishing is hoping to gather as much information as possible form the survey so that they can provide better demographic details to their advertisers. In order to enter you need only provide name, contact info, and date of birth to enter. I imagine that the DOB requirement is to verify that you’re old enough to enter the sweepstakes.
